BE A WATERSHED
WEATHER REPORTER

Star as a guest meteorologist for WPTZ NewsChannel 5 in ECHO's
mini-television studio. Go on camera with real weather maps, “on location,” or report today’s weather. Edit your own Basin Broadcast starring YOU as the weather reporter, record a DVD to take home, and send your own E-card to family and friends.

ECHO's Be a Watershed Weather Reporter exhibit uses the same green-screen technology as television reporters. Select one or all of the six stories to tell - or create you own. Go on location in a severe drought, raging flood, or report on the weather outside right now. Learn about the science of weather and how it impacts us all. Before you leave, don't forget to edit your report and add commercials and public service announcements that will entertain your friends and teach them about the importance of taking care of Lake Champlain.

Create your own Basin Broadcast at ECHO!
